Shipping Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please be aware that once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you can reach out to our support team to initiate the return process. After we receive the returned order, we can process a refund.


LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

CryoGlow is not linked for packages sent to an incorrect address entered during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and address the issue at no additional charge.


CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to potential customs fees that may be applied when your package arrives in your country.


SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary by location. The average delivery time is 4-10 business days.
Maximum delivery time is 14 business days. This does not include our 2-3 day processing time and excludes clearance/customs delays.


TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that tracking information may not be available for orders with free shipping.


MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

For some shipping companies, it may take 2-3 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
