Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple return policy. You can return your product to us within 365 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact.cryoglowtherapy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note that the shipping costs and arrangements for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement product free of charge!

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these are made specifically for you. This also applies to bulk orders and gift cards.

We monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to refuse returns if we, at our discretion, detect abuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling activities, or fraud).

If you want to return a product because you no longer need it, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount. We are also not responsible for mistakes made during checkout, such as selecting the wrong product or entering incorrect address details, which may result in failed delivery.
